[CNN] Iceland and Sweden plan to take in Palestinian refugees from Iraq who have been living in camps along the Iraqi-Syrian border, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees said Tuesday. More than two dozen refugees will be headed to Iceland, while 155 Palestinians have been accepted for resettlement in Sweden.
