[Ha'aretz] Yossi Melman - Israeli unmanned aerial vehicles have been operating in Iraq and Afghanistan in the service of the U.S.-led coalition for the last three years. In Iraq, the U.S. Army has been operating Hunter model UAVs manufactured by Stark Aerospace, an Israel Aerospace Industries' subsidiary in Mississippi. The Canadian air force has also operated Israeli-made Heron UAVs over Afghanistan.
