[New York Times] Robert F. Worth - Mohammad Reza Bahonar, the deputy speaker of Iran's Parliament, appeared on Thursday to reject a draft plan to have Iran ship its uranium abroad for processing. Bahonar said the terms of the deal were "not acceptable," the official news agency IRNA reported. "We have announced that this draft plan has to be reviewed, and for the time being we are not saying whether we accept or reject it," he added.
