[Guardian-UK] Ian Black - Israel is demanding that any peace deal with Lebanon includes agreement on international control or monitoring of the country's border crossings with Syria to block the delivery of weapons to Hizballah. Katyusha rockets and other equipment are still being sent from Damascus into Lebanon, a senior Israeli foreign ministry official said Monday.
