(Institute for Contemporary Affairs-Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs) Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon - Israel must simultaneously pursue three interdependent tracks for advancing Israeli-Palestinian relations: capacity-building measures that foster the rule of law within the Palestinian Authority, regional economic cooperation, and meaningful political dialogue.
