(AP) Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told NBC's "Meet the Press" Sunday that Iran is in violation of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty designed to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons. Clinton said that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's trip to a UN conference in New York this week, where they will both speak on Monday, is an effort to divert attention and confuse people about Iran's violation of the treaty.
