(Times-UK) Anthony Browne and Ian MacKinnon - The EU has agreed to unblock £83 million in aid to Palestinians. More than half the EU money will go to a UN agency providing relief work for Palestinians, while £27.5 million will go towards paying electricity bills and £12 million for PA salaries.
