(Telegraph-UK) Anton La Guardia - Efraim Halevy, the former Mossad chief, has some simple advice for the victor of this week's Israeli elections: do nothing. Don't give the Palestinians any money, don't provide services, don't talk to them, and above all don't give them any more territory until the new Hamas-led government in the Palestinian territories recognizes Israel. If Hamas does not moderate its Islamist radicalism, then it will fail to meet its promises to improve the lives of Palestinians, Halevy said.
