(Daily Star-Lebanon) Editorial - Electricity is in the air. Beirut is a sea of excitement. The word "revolution" is on many lips. As the light of dawn illuminated Martyrs' Square on Monday, an ocean of red and green flags could be seen ebbing and flowing and swelling. It was a momentous event, and it led to the resignation of the pro-Syrian government. It is, indeed, the time for change.
