(New York Times) The U.S. is circulating a draft resolution at the International Atomic Energy Agency board of governors' meeting in Vienna this week that condemns Iran for failing to disclose that it was working on an advanced centrifuge design capable of producing highly enriched uranium suitable for use in atomic weapons.
