(CBS News) Ex-Mossad Chief Meir Dagan discussed the Iranian nuclear program with Lesley Stahl in a "60 Minutes" interview to be broadcast Sunday, March 11 at 7 p.m. ET/PT. "The regime in Iran is a very rational one," he says. He doesn't advocate a pre-emptive Israeli military strike against Iran's nuclear industry anytime soon, an attack that he said would have to be against "a large number of targets." "An attack on Iran before you are exploring all other approaches is not the right way." In the meantime, he thinks that to foment regime change is a smarter tactic. "It's our duty to help anyone who likes to present an open opposition against their regime in Iran." "The issue of Iran armed with a nuclear capability is not an Israeli problem; it's an international problem," he adds.
