(Ha'aretz) Editorial - The International Court of Justice's ruling in The Hague must shock every Israeli. How is it possible that the justices did not find it necessary anywhere to explicitly mention Palestinian terrorism or devote even a single sentence to the 1,000 Israeli dead of the past four years? Their ruling completely ignored the suffering of Israeli citizens, and the price that they have paid in blood. In the international community, Israelis are never the victims, not even partially.
