(Jerusalem Post) The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe on Saturday rejected a Palestinian application to join the organization as an observer in a 28-21 vote, Israel Army Radio reported Sunday. The U.S., Germany, Italy, and Turkey were among those opposed to the application.
