(Reuters) Israel released a jailed member of the Palestine Liberation Organization's executive committee in a good-will gesture on the eve of a Middle East summit on Tuesday led by President Bush. Taysir Khaled, a leader of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, was released from prison on Monday and was welcomed by Yasser Arafat at his Ramallah headquarters.
