[Ha'aretz] Ze'ev Schiff - There is a growing view within Hamas that it is worth heating up the Gaza front in order to produce new cease-fire talks in which Hamas could achieve a reduction of Israel's pressure on it in the West Bank. Any such agreement would also make it easier for Hamas to set up Kassam rocket factories in the West Bank.
