(Reuters/MSNBC) - The UN General Assembly will meet in emergency session on Monday to consider putting more pressure on Israel after it rejected a demand to halt construction of what it calls a ''security fence,'' designed to stop suicide attacks that have killed hundreds of Israelis over the past three years. The General Assembly voted 144-4 last month to demand that Israel halt construction of the barrier.
