(Jerusalem Post) - Muhanad Taher of Nablus, leader of Hamas's Izzadin Kassam military wing, had been on Israel's most wanted list for four years, and was responsible for planning the homicide bombing on a bus in southern Jerusalem on June 18, killing 19 passengers and wounding 70. He was also behind the Tel Aviv Dolphinarium attack last summer and the Netanya Park Hotel attack this Pessah.
