(Foreign Policy) Dennis Ross and David Makovsky - Economic pressures have given Tehran an incentive to resolve the international impasse over its nuclear program. But it cannot gain the economic relief it seeks unless it is willing to take meaningful steps. Dennis Ross is counselor at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy and former special assistant to President Obama. David Makovsky is director of the Project on the Middle East Peace Process at the Institute.
