(Albawaba.com) Hundreds of Iranian student activists forced their way past the gates of Tehran University, defying attempts by authorities to limit access to a pro-reform rally. About 1,500 students gathered in a university lecture hall, but the atmosphere was tense due to the presence of about 150 members of the hardline Islamist Basij militia, who have attacked pro-reform student gatherings in the past several weeks.
