(Telegraph-UK) Jack Fairweather - A young Kuwaiti computer hacker has been praised for causing the collapse of the Iraqi information ministry website after loading it with viruses. The 19-year-old, known as Koko, had previously been involved in sabotage against Israeli government websites and American and British business interests.
