(Jerusalem Post) Yaakov Lappin - An explosive device placed on the Syrian side of the border fence in the northern Golan Heights targeted a passing IDF patrol on the Israeli side of the border on Friday, the army said Saturday. No soldiers were injured in the blast, but the rear window of the vehicle was damaged.
