(New York Times) Somini Sengupta and Rick Gladstone - Chemical weapons were used repeatedly in the Syria conflict this year, not only in the Aug. 21 attack near Damascus which killed hundreds of civilians, but also in four other instances, including two subsequent attacks that targeted soldiers, the UN said in a report released Thursday. The report avoided saying who was responsible in any of the attacks.
