(Ha'aretz) Nir Hasson - The president of Russia's republic of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, on Sunday inaugurated a new, $10 million mosque in the Israeli Arab village of Abu Ghosh, near Jerusalem. Isa Jabar, the village's mayor, said Chechnya donated $6 million for the mosque. According to Palestinian-born historian Aref al-Aref, the first villagers in Abu Ghosh came from Ingusha, located between Chechnya and Georgia.
