(Fox News) Anne Bayefsky - Indonesian Makarim Wibisono has replaced Richard Falk as the UN Human Rights Council's special investigator of Israeli actions in the West Bank and eastern Jerusalem. Wibisono, from a country that does not recognize Israel, has described Israel as perpetrating "callous attacks against terrorized and defenseless civilians."
