(Times of Israel) Avi Issacharoff - An entire terror infrastructure involving a not-insignificant group of Hamas members was needed for the kidnapping of the three Israeli teens. Marwan Kawasme and Amer Abu Aysha are the core of Hamas in the southern West Bank. But they did not act alone. They clearly had people to help them in preparing a hiding place, buying food, obtaining a car, and transporting from one place to another during the kidnapping operation. Someone maintained communications with the people who funded the attack. Someone helped them transfer the bodies to the Khirbat Arnab ruins area, and perhaps even helped to hide them. In short, there were at least 5-10 people involved, not including the outer circle of car thieves and weapons dealers, who aided them in carrying out the kidnapping.
