(Times of Israel) Elhanan Miller - The U.S. blocked the transfer of Qatari funds earmarked for the salaries of civil servants hired by Hamas in Gaza, a diplomatic source in the Gulf state said. Qatar had transferred the funds to Arab Bank, but the money was never processed due to pressure from the Americans, though "funds from Qatar have never been blocked in the past."
