(Ynet News) Noam Dvir - Three-month-old Chaya Zissel Braun, an American citizen, was killed and seven other people were wounded Wednesday when a Palestinian plowed his car into a crowd at a Jerusalem light rail station. The driver, Abed a-Rahman a-Shaludi, who had a record of security-related offenses, was shot and killed by police.
