(Ha'aretz) Zvi Bar'el - There's still no agreement between Iran and the U.S. on Tehran's nuclear program, but new understandings have been reached, and a deal could be signed next month. Iran talks about "honor" while the West seeks a significant reduction in the nuclear threat. "Honor" refers to Tehran's ability to market an accord as a success from its standpoint. The marketing issue also is a challenge for the U.S. administration, which will have to obtain approval of the agreement from Congress and assuage Israel's concerns.
