(Ynet News) Liran Levy - Musab Aliyan and Samir Abed Rabbo, both residents of east Jerusalem, built an explosive device and planned to use it against Israeli security forces. On Monday they were sentenced to 10 and 9 years in prison respectively after being found guilty of planning a terror attack inspired by Islamic State.
