(New York Times) Nick Cumming-Bruce and Anne Barnard - UN investigators said Wednesday that the Syrian Air Force deliberately bombed a humanitarian aid convoy near Aleppo in September. The Syrians first dropped barrel bombs from helicopters on the UN convoy, then fired rockets from jets, then strafed survivors with machine guns, killing 14 aid workers.
