(Jerusalem Post) Gil Hoffman - The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in Manhattan on Wednesday rejected a bid by Jonathan Pollard, who served 30 years in prison for spying for Israel, to relax his parole conditions. Pollard is required to wear an electronic tracking device, obey a curfew and allow his computers to be monitored.
