(i24News) Iran paid the leader of the central African Seneka militia, Michel Djotodia, $150,000 for terror recruitment with the aim to destabilize any African country with diplomatic relations with Israel. The terror cell was uncovered and dismantled in Chad, where Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited earlier this year. Iran targeted countries engaged in diplomatic talks with Israel such as Sudan, South Sudan, Eritrea, Chad, Niger, Gambia, and the Central African Republic.
