(Times of Israel) Islamic Jihad is seeking to set up rocket production capabilities in the West Bank to attack cities in central Israel, Israel's Channel 12 reported Wednesday. Photographs showed rockets assembled in the West Bank city of Tulkarem. Three Islamic Jihad operatives were arrested this week by Palestinian Authority security forces, who seized a rocket prototype.
