(New York Times) Ben Hubbard - An investigative team with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons said in a report on Wednesday that in the span of one week in March 2017, Syrian fighter jets twice dropped bombs containing sarin nerve agent on the village of Ltamenah in northern Syria and a helicopter targeted its hospital with a cylinder containing chlorine. The attacks attributed to the Syrian government came after Syria was supposed to have relinquished all of its chemical weapons.
