(Al-Monitor) Danny Zaken - Nearly a month after Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas announced the end of security cooperation with Israel, a new status quo is emerging. At the same time, any PA contact with Israel will not be made with the IDF but via international organizations, primarily the Red Cross.
