(Roll Call) Rachel Oswald - Secretary of State Antony Blinken told the House Foreign Affairs Committee on Wednesday that the administration was not going to make any initial concessions to Iran to induce it to return to compliance with the 2015 nuclear accord. Blinken said Iran's breakout time for producing enough fissile material to fuel a nuclear warhead had fallen from more than one year to between three and four months. Blinken added, "We have fundamental problems with Iran's actions across a whole series of things, whether it is support for terrorism, whether it is a ballistic missile program. An Iran with a nuclear weapon or with the threshold capacity to have one is an Iran that is likely to act with even greater impunity when it comes to those things."
