(Jerusalem Post) Lahav Harkov - Payment of Hamas salaries has delayed the resumption of Qatari funding for Gaza, a senior diplomatic source said Thursday. Israel already has an approved list of recipients and has checked that none are terrorists but are teachers or engineers, for example. The channel for paying them, however, is through the Palestinian Authority, which does not want to pay anyone affiliated with Hamas.
