(Newsweek) Tony Badran - After a year of political bickering, Hizbullah has determined that the time had come for a new Lebanese government to arise. Through this government, Hizbullah will now lead Lebanon's engagement with the outside world. In the new government, Hizbullah and its immediate allies hold 2/3 of the governing portfolios.
