(Times of Israel) Emanuel Fabian - Israeli troops opened fire at a group of Palestinians hurling stones at Israeli cars near the West Bank town of Sinjil on Saturday night. Musab Nofal, 18, was killed and another was seriously hurt. Several Israeli cars traveling along the West Bank's main north-south highway were damaged.
