(Times of Israel) Emanuel Fabian - Undercover Border Police officers arrested wanted Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terror operative Abdullah Loubani in a village near the West Bank city of Jenin on Thursday. Loubani was in contact with PIJ members in Gaza and was involved in planning terror attacks in Israel.
