(Wall Street Journal) Sune Engel Rasmussen - At a special session in Geneva, the UN Human Rights Council voted 47-6, with 16 abstentions, to investigate human-rights violations in Iran since the outbreak of the protests in mid-September. At least 440 people, including 60 children, have been killed in clashes with security forces. Several people have been sentenced to death for their rol e in the protests.
