(Jerusalem Post) Tzvi Joffre - Two Arab Israelis were arrested on Aug. 3 at the Jordanian border with four handguns and four explosive devices in their possession. The Israel Security Agency said Tuesday that the two had been recruited by Palestinian Islamic Jihad operatives in the Jenin refugee camp. They were also found to be involved in transferring funds and weapons to terrorists in the Nur Shams refugee camp near Tulkarm.
