Crawford - The State Department on Wednesday announced it was relisting Yemen's Houthi rebels as a global terrorist group in response to their attacks on commercial shipping in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. The Iranian-backed group was designated as a terrorist organization in January 2021, yet President Joe Biden delisted the Houthis in February 2021 after he entered office.
