(Washington Post) Perry Stein - Two men have been arrested in connection with a drone attack on Jan. 28 that killed three U.S. troops and injured more than 40 others at a military base in Jordan. Mahdi Mohammad Sadeghi, an Iranian American citizen living in Massachusetts, was arrested Monday. Mohammad Abedini, an Iranian citizen, was arrested in Italy. The two men are accused of executing a long-running scheme for more than a decade to circumvent American export laws, which restrict exports to Iran. Items funneled to Iran from a Massachusetts company where Sadeghi worked were used to make at least one of the drones used in the deadly attack in Jordan.
