(Times of Israel) Sam Ser - Border policemen arrested two Palestinians carrying backpacks filled with pipe bombs and knives near Tapuach Junction in the West Bank on Thursday. Also Thursday, a security guard at Elon Moreh alerted soldiers to a Palestinian approaching the settlement's security fence. Soldiers arrested the man, who was armed with a knife.
