(Jerusalem Post) - The Palestinians are attempting to escalate the terror attacks before a possible U.S. action in Iraq. Their operating assumption is that the closer we come to a U.S. attack in Iraq, the more difficult it will be for Israel to respond to terrorism. Israel had to move quickly in Ramallah, before this escalation occurred at an even more sensitive time.
