GCC business leaders have tacitly displayed their frustration with PA corruption. Israeli IT products and irrigation technology have been shipped to Saudi Arabia under the purview of foreign companies. GCC officials have signed covert deals with Israeli defense contractors. In 2011, Israeli companies sold $300 million worth of military technology to the UAE to help secure its oil wells.
