(Sofia Globe-Bulgaria) Bulgarian President Roumen Radev and Israeli President Reuven Rivlin discussed innovation, security and water management in Jerusalem on Jan. 21. With a water crisis in several Bulgarian cities, Radev expressed Bulgaria's interest in Israel's experience in protecting water resources. Rivlin expressed readiness for Israeli experts to assist Bulgaria in this area.
