[UPI] According to a poll of Americans released Sunday, 66% said the U.S. should back Israel while only 6% said it should support the Palestinians. Some 72% agreed that even with U.S. domestic problems, the country must work to prevent a nuclear Iran. The poll was conducted by Public Opinion Strategies and Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research for The Israel Project.
