(Times of Israel) Emanuel Fabian - Some 20-30 Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists were gathered at a UN school in Nuseirat in central Gaza when it was struck Wednesday night. The terrorists were in three classrooms, separate from an area where civilians were sheltering. The strike was delayed twice as the IDF worked to fine-tune the plan to avoid harming civilians.
